We are based in Montreal, all of our inventory is already here in our Montreal Warehouse, and all orders will ship from Montreal. So No duties, No Customs delays, No hassle.
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Order $89.95 & over (before taxes) can qualify for Free economy Shipping. In addition to economy shipping at $11.95, we offer 2 day express shipping $22.95 and next day express shipping ($29.95) options to most Canadian locations, other than rural and Northern Communities. For certain postal codes, mainly outside urban areas, 2-day service takes 3 days and 1-day service takes 2 days.
For parties on Saturday 26 October, orders should be placed by Thursday 1pm (EDT) with next day service to get to you on Friday 25 October. For events on October 31st, orders should be placed by Tuesday 1pm with Second Day or Wednesday 1pm with Next Day service.
Below is the Transit time calculator for economy shipping. The day your order is shipped does not count as a transit day. Delivery, shipping and processing are on business days only (Monday - Friday). While the economy shipping delivery estimate is reliable, the economy service is not guaranteed; express service is guaranteed.

* After the 10:00 am cut-off, the order will be processed the next business day. Cut-off for Next day, Second day, Northern and Remote, and Warehouse is 12:00pm ET. Delays in processing may occur if the billing address is incorrect (it does not match the credit card statement address) or the shipping address differs from the billing address. A representative will contact you.
* Time sensitive cut-off; Outside September-October period, we may be able to accommodate a later cut-off if you need it in a rush; you will need to contact customer service and speak with a representative to confirm. (Leaving a voice message or sending an email will not guarantee it will processed early). Warehouse pick up can be accommodated for same day pickup. During September-October, orders are processed continuously in the sequence received and the warehouse is not able to accommodate a special request on ground shipments.
